Mark found himself working beside his father, learning the value of hard work with every fence post set under the New Zealand sun. A New Chapter

With only his carpentry toolkit, a qualification, and a head full of dreams, Mark made the bold journey from New Zealand to Australia. Starting his life anew in Brisbane, he faced long days on bustling sites, soaking up knowledge and culture in a city that would soon become home. Every nail driven and every challenge overcome was an opportunity to deepen his craft and win the respect of seasoned builders and clients alike.

Kodiak Projects: Turning Vision into Reality

Seeing a gap for genuine leadership, integrity, and quality workmanship in the renovation world, Mark and his partners founded Kodiak Projects.
